What is SendOnce?

SendOnce lets you hand off a file with a one-time download link. Email attachments hit size limits, and links pasted into chat tend to linger forever — SendOnce is made for handoffs where the other person receiving it once is enough. The link you get after uploading expires automatically once the recipient downloads it or a set time (10 minutes) passes, so there's no worry about a link living on indefinitely. Unlike Toolish's other tools, this one has to hold the file temporarily to pass it along, so the file is uploaded to Firebase Storage (and auto-deleted after 10 minutes). To use it, just pick a file and share the generated link — great for temporary, in-the-moment handoffs, with no account signup.

How to use

1. Tap "Select file" and choose the one file you want to send.
2. The file is uploaded temporarily and a share link is issued.
3. Copy the share link that was issued.
4. Share the link with the recipient through whatever reaches them, such as a messaging app or email.
5. The recipient opens the link and downloads the file within the valid period.
6. The link expires automatically about 10 minutes after it is issued, and the file is deleted.
7. After it expires, opening the same link no longer grants access. To send again, issue a new link.
