What is Cutopix?

Cutopix removes photo backgrounds with AI and exports straight to various template sizes, processing images entirely on your device without sending them to a server. Background removal is the technology where AI separates an image into the subject (a person or product) and the background pixel by pixel and makes the background transparent. Product photos for flea-market apps and online shops look dramatically cleaner just by unifying the background to white, and social avatars or profile pictures pop when only the subject is cut out. Cutopix detects the outline automatically with an AI model, makes the background transparent, and exports in one step to purpose-built templates (e-commerce, social, Mercari) or any size you want. You can finish the whole cut-out without dedicated software or a paid service — just pick a photo (the AI model is downloaded from a CDN only the first time, and the image itself never leaves your device).

How to use

1. Pick the photo whose background you want to remove, or drag and drop it onto the upload area.
2. On first use the AI model (RMBG-1.4) loads from a CDN. After that it starts instantly from your browser cache.
3. The AI automatically detects the background and shows a transparent preview with only the subject kept.
4. Choose an export template that matches your purpose (square for e-commerce, social media, marketplace, or a custom size).
5. Check the subject's position and margins inside the template and adjust as needed.
6. Once the result looks right, export it as a transparent PNG (or at your chosen size).
